Bangladesh Film Society of North America (BaFSNA) is a pioneering cultural institution dedicated to promoting Bangladeshi cinema, filmmakers, and film education throughout North America. This founding document establishes the first national film society dedicated exclusively to Bengali cinema in the United States and Canada.

OUR MISSION
The mission of BaFSNA is to:
● Screen exceptional Bangladeshi films across North America through regular screenings, film festivals, and special events
● Support emerging and established Bangladeshi filmmakers through grants, mentorship, and exhibition opportunities
● Organize comprehensive educational programs including workshops, masterclasses, and film appreciation courses
● Build strategic partnerships with universities, cultural institutions, and film organizations
● Serve as the primary distributor of Bangladeshi cinema in North America
● Foster cultural exchange and community engagement among diverse audiences
